About Katherine Fowler
Katherine Fowler studied art at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Upon graduation, she decided to put her art career on hold after being accepted into Cumberland Law School. After practicing litigation law for more than twenty years, she decided to give up her law practice to return to her art studies. In 2002, she and her family moved to Fairhope where her paintings are currently on exhibit at The Lyons Share Art Gallery and the Eastern Shore Art Center Gallery. Since moving to Fairhope, Katherine has exhibited in solo and group exhibits as well as juried shows. One of Katherine’s paintings has appeared on the cover of Mobile Bay Monthly Magazine and another is featured in the new book, “Fairhope and the Eastern Shore-A Painter’s Paradise”. Portfolios of Katherine’s work may be seen on the following websites: katherinefowler.com, lyonsshareart.com, and the-artists.org.
